Shipping:
- All orders are shipped via USPS in the order they are received.
- Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
- K and Co. is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages once items are in USPS's possession.
- We are not liable for incorrect address information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee will apply.
- To request changes or cancellations, please contact us at kpearlsandcompany@gmail.com. Orders may only be canceled prior to shipping.
Return Policy:
- All sales are final; no returns or exchanges are accepted.
Broken Pieces & Repairs:
- K and Co. is not responsible for broken jewelry after 2 weeks from purchase.
- Repair services are available for an additional fee, regardless of where the item was purchased. Please contact us for more information.
Additional Policies:
- Orders are typically shipped within 1-4 weeks, unless otherwise noted.
- Rush orders are available for an additional, non-refundable fee. Please inquire for specific timelines.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us with a photo for refund assessment.
- Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, slight variations in size, design, and stone characteristics are expected.
- Our products are crafted from .925 sterling silver with accents of gold, copper, or brass. Stones are natural and may contain unique mineral deposits.
