- We are not liable for incorrect address information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee will apply.
- To request changes or cancellations, please email us. Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped.

Broken Pieces & Repairs
- K and Co. is not responsible for broken jewelry more than 2 weeks after purchase.
