Shipping

  • All orders are shipped via USPS in the order they are received.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
  • K and Co. is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages once items are in USPS possession.
  • We are not liable for incorrect address information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee will apply.
  • To request changes or cancellations, please email us. Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped.

Return Policy

  • All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Broken Pieces & Repairs

  • K and Co. is not responsible for broken jewelry more than 2 weeks after purchase.
  • Repair services are available for an additional fee, regardless of where the item was purchased. Please contact us for more information.

  • Rush orders are available for an additional, non-refundable fee. Please inquire for specific timelines.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us with a photo for refund consideration.
  • Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, slight variations in size, design, and stone characteristics are expected.
  • Our jewelry is crafted from .925 sterling silver and may include accents of gold, copper, or brass. Natural stones may contain unique mineral deposits or variations.
