• All orders are shipped via USPS in the order they are received.
• Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
• K and Co. is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages once items are in USPS's possession.
• We are not liable for incorrect address information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee will apply.
• To request changes or cancellations, please contact us at kpearlsandcompany@gmail.com. Orders may only be canceled prior to shipping.
